Great experience. Steve greeted us and was very knowledgeable about the situation. He was polite, respectful and professional. He talked us through everything and then texted me a video of the car and what the problem was, so I could see it so it's not a mechanic shop who's going to try to sell you things that aren't real. After they found out the issues they sent an another text that had detailed information in it where I was able to approve and/or deny the different work they we're saying it needed. So they didn't just do unnecessary work and bill you for it. The work was done very satisfactory. The price was a tad higher than I have experienced in the past but he promised that was because he used a great parts that were guaranteed to last for years and if it didn't I could come back and he would make it right. If this changes I can change my review accordingly in the future but all in all there are five star establishment! Just like in the movie Tommy Boy it's important to get good guarantee. I trusted Steve and that was enough for me. If you're in the area or need a good mechanic bring it by J&S and tell him I sent you. Steve keep doing good work. J&S you earned a few new custo

This place used to be great. Now they are incompetent and overpriced. Had a master door switch die. I replaced it with a new one that worked for a month, that one died. Brought my truck to JS, charged me $189 "diagnostic fee" which I did agree to. Claimed all wiring/fuses/breakers were fine, and that it must be the switch. Bought a better brand switch, just installed it, and it doesn't work either. So now I KNOW its a wiring issue, and I'm out $190 because they assured me the wiring was fine.

I found the same professional, kind and knowledgeable staff that I had during my first visit! I was listened to by the owner and the mechanic who looked and subsequently worked on my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of detail they gave me about my concerns with my car. Grateful for a thorough inspection and explanation. Identified other issues that were not pressing but should be addressed in the near future.

Absolutely the best team going!! Kelly is amazing and keeps you informed of whats happening. They look everything over even for just an oil change and anything they notice Kelly sends you an estimate with everything laid out and they give you the chance to approve or not approve the services at that time which I find absolutely amazing as Ive had the opposite experience elsewhere where the work was done i wasnt notified and it killed my budget so I appreciate that. They are all very kind, sweet and very personable which in this field can be tough to find. When I was waiting I observed their customer service skills and how they work with patients and let me tell you top tier !!!!! They are amazing and I wont trust my car anywhere else!!!!! Thank you guys for being there and being amazing!!! And ty for making me so comfortable as a customer. Amazing experience!!!!!! APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!!
